Bio: Bratati Ghosh is the Chairman & CEO of Turn the Bus, an edTech nonprofit dedicated to expanding digital learning opportunities for underserved populations. A seasoned leader in marketing, digital transformation, and analytics, she previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at IBS Software Services, where she drove a shift toward a more digital and customer-centric strategy. Her career spans leadership roles across industry and academia, including co-founding Kinsight Analytics, serving as Practice Director and Principal Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, and holding senior positions at Travelport, Expedia, and InfoUSA. She holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a postgraduate management degree from IIM Ahmedabad, and her work reflects a sustained commitment to leveraging technology, data, and education to advance inclusive growth and innovation.
